situated on a working farm, is being developed with the idea of

being completely off the grid.

Teakcon is currently working on the renovation of a 12-Room Bed and Breakfast on the exclusive Teak Place Estate. The main focus of the renovation is to convert the facility to be completely off the grid and self sufficient. This involves the installation of a solar system to provide electricity and a gas network for heating. The Project is due to be complete in July 2018 with the Bed and Breakfast opening its doors to guests in August 2018.
